President Wang Liping gave a pep talk of the New Year

On February 17, the first working day after the Spring Festival, Guangbo held New Year working mobilization meeting. President Wang Liping made the important speech. He pointed out, as the Chinese old saying goes, a year's plan starts with spring. Spring is a new beginning, and also is the hope. In the new year, everyone should start from the three aspects of innovation, management and reform, build a modern enterprise management system in an all-round way, and realize the dream of “century brand and hundred Guangbo”.

1. Seize the opportunity, continue to innovate

Through 20 years’ development, Guangbo has gained much valuable experience in the year-after-year growth. Once created the first listed company of China’s stationery industry, gained the first well-known trademark of China’s stationery industry, (in 1997) the first company set up overseas marketing team in Los Angeles, Hong Kong and Dubai, open independent brand stores overseas, and the first enterprise with sports naming. After 20 years’ development, from the initial manufacturing processing enterprise, the company has grown into an integrated enterprise with independent intellectual property rights and brands. At present, it also has made a significant breakthrough in the field of new materials. These achievements were the result of the hard working by all the management cadres at present.

Throughout the economic situation at home and abroad, currently the traditional manufacturing is facing severe challenges. Under such a background, how to speed up the company’s new round of development, innovation is the key. Innovation is the organic unity of work earnestly, work hard and work smartly. Only through innovation can the company realize sustainable development. This is a dialectical relationship.

At the startups, there were no such resources and platform. Everyone should cherish today’s resources. In creating splendor, at the same time the enterprise cultivated a batch of elite management cadres. In the face of the development of the next three years, five years, ten years and twenty years, how to develop, is an important topic need us to consider carefully. An enterprise’s development is a process of continuous improvement. Only by constantly perfect, can progress. Everyone should have a sense of urgency, tear down all the people and things that hinder the development of enterprises, fulfill the objectives with good quality and quantity set by the company at the beginning of the year.

Speeding up the integration of traditional manufacturing and making the existing industry bigger and stronger, this year must have a new breakthrough. This year, domestic and abroad markets should be judged by data, must speed up the expansion of domestic and foreign trade markets. Marketers must put the data in the very prominent position. Domestic market should develop extraordinarily and greatly bring in more professionals. Domestic market share plays an important role for the company's overall development. New material industry should speed up acquisition and reorganization and introduce concepts of capital. According to the new situation, should well carry out the marketing in the real estate market.

2. Strengthen management, reach new heights

Scientific management is the key of deciding enterprise’s success or failure, slow or fast, big or small. Whether the management system is scientific or not, directly related to enterprise comprehensive benefits. No matter in sub plant, workshop or work group, all should comprehensively implement the scientific management system.

Good management system is gathering elites and talents. We should learn from the successful experience of outstanding enterprises at home and abroad like Samsung, Gree, Hua Wei and Alibaba, to improve our management. Middle administrators are the backbone of the enterprise, should dare to speak and dare to act. Not only should earnestly implement company's strategy, but faithfully complete the task indicators.

Middle administrators should do “three more and three less”. Three less, that is, less report, less shuffle and less rework. Three more, that is, study more, more thinking and more interaction.

Study more, in today's constantly changing external environment and improving network information, management cadres should continue learning. "Old methods" and extensive management can't solve the emerging new problems. More thinking, thinking is the basic point of increasing enterprise's marginal benefit. The same machine, the same time and the same product, only managers who are good at thinking can produce more marginal benefit. More interaction, between inferior and superior, departments and positions should interact more. More or less interaction directly relates to enterprise comprehensive benefits.

3. Deepen the reform, write brilliancy  

This year, we will introduce more scientific and effective evaluation system. Each quarter will announce results of each operating unit. 1) Select new middle management cadres openly, fairly, and impartially. 2) Part of the production department should reduce logistics management personnel. Through scientific and effective methods like test, disperse part of the administrative and logistic staff. 3) Those who made the comments at the meeting, while implement poorly after meeting or made grave errors, should be determined to adjust. 4) The newly appointed management cadres should fit into roles as soon as possible. Slowly into or couldn't get into the role must adjust in time. 5) Administrators over 55 won't be appointed this year,let younger comrades get practice. 6) Should reduce meetings, short meeting or no meeting. Meetings can't occupy the normal working hours. In the new year, should vigorously promote the ascending of personal ability, and further reveal individual performance.
