On the afternoon of February 1, Guangbo Group held 2012 year-end awards ceremony and 2013 Spring Festival gala. General manager Wang Junping hosted the meeting. President Wang Liping delivered a warm speech to welcome the New Year. Thousands of employees got together, singing and dancing, to celebrate the Spring Festival.

President Wang Liping pointed out in his speech, in this past year 2012, the company based on the industry layout of “one core and two wings”, adhereding to the strategy of “core gathering, combination of industry and finance and technological innovation”, according to the requirement of “diligent in process and skilled in details”, closely around the task set at the beginning of the year, comprehensively promote standardized management, save on expense and energy, actively carry out product research and development and technological innovation, improve labor productivity and product quality, actively adjust the marketing strategy, deepen the channel expansion, enhance the level of order receiving and profit taking.

President Wang stressed that these achievements can’t be gained without the sincere cooperation of all departments, without every employee’s dedication to work, especially a batch of dedicated pioneers and leaders. In the past year, with selfless dedication spirit and full of enthusiasm, they worked hard, created the outstanding performance on their own position and made significant contributions to the development of the company. At the meeting, CEO Shu Yaoping read the decision on awarding 2012 advanced collective, advanced worker and excellent management cadres. Leaders of the company issued awards to them and took photos. Advanced collective, advanced individual and advanced team leader representatives made the speech at the meeting.

After the awards ceremony ended, there came the wonderful art performance. Worker representatives from each company, sub plant and department, together with professional actors from art ensemble of Yinzhou district, gave the wonderful performances.
