At the meeting, combining with work practice, leaders discussed deeply on issues like operation guidelines analysis, market expansion, industry chains extension, management change, reducing the cost and increasing effectiveness, management service and so on. Pointed out the strength and weakness that existed in the work, and put forward many constructive suggestions on the work in the next half year.

President Wang Liping pointed out in his speech, economic crisis is a real test. For the enterprise, it's so important.The current economic situation has improved. The global financial crisis's conductivity effect on the real economy appear gradually, but international situation remain grim. We should change our minds, establish the service idea of customers' needs is our market. Must proceed from reality in all things, plus solve seriously, and maximize profits. In the future work, should concentrate on exploiting domestic and international markets, accelerate the process of company management change, be well aware of company's precision management, tap potentialities for more benefits and the whole people situation and task education. At last, he emphasized, all levels of management personnel must strengthen conviction, unite with faith and dedication, form a resultant force.

The meeting requires all departments firm confidence, overcome difficulties, respond actively and seek opportunity in crisis.
