On July 8, Zhang Liangcai, vice minister of the Organization Department of Ningbo municipal Party committee, and his party came to Guangbo to investigate and guide. The delegation visited Guangbo Group integrating exhibition center, later held a further discussion, and listened to the report given by Wang Liping, president of Guangbo Group, on the development of the company.

Minister Zhang showed, actively coping with financial crisis challenges and maintaining economic society harmonious development became the most important thing of the study and practice the scientific concept of development activities. Guangbo Group Party organization should actively develop  study practice, focus on playing a pioneer role and promoting enterprise development, combine the theory with practice, in view of the current financial crisis, call on vast Party members to offer advice and suggestions for the enterprise development, and carry out the study practice scientific development concept.
