Days ago, symposium for non-public economyrepresentatives in Zhejiang Province learned general secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech and  the 5th provincial outstanding builder of the socialist cause with Chinesecharacteristics commendation congress was held in Hangzhou. Provincial party secretary Xia Baolong gave the important speech. Yuan Jiajun, Chen Jinbiao, Feng Ming and Tang Lilu attended the meeting, which was hosted by Wang Huizhong. 48 new social strata like Guangbo Group President Wang Liping was awarded the honorary title of the 5th Zhejiang province outstanding builder of the socialist cause withChinese characteristics.

It is said that this selecting activity was jointly organized by the provincial party united front work department, provincial economic and trade commission, provincial personnel department,  provincial industrial and commercial bureau and the provincial federation ofindustry and commerce,  aimed to show the important contribution made by the non-public economy representatives and other aspects of the new social class in  the construction of the socialist cause with Chinese characteristics. This commendation started since 2004, once every three years , has been awarded five sessions.
