Guangbo Group held semi-annual business analysis

On July 19, 2014, Guangbo Group semi-annual business analysis meeting was held as scheduled in the lecture hall. Group president Wang Liping, general manager Wang Junping these seven senior leaders attended it. At the meeting, on behalf of the Group company, general manager Wang Junping gave the report on semi-annual business analysis. In the report, he carried on the brief review on the company’s market sales, production operations, investment and financing, production safety, and business management. Meanwhile, analyzed the company's current development situation objectively, and did the comprehensive deployment on the operation in the second half of the year.

General manager Wang Junping pointed out, in the first half of year, in the current severe environment of economic recession, the company came across various challenges like its operating met homogenized competition, weak demand of the market. To successfully realize the established business objectives at the beginning of the year, the company further implemented measures to raise the operating efficiency, strengthen the internalmanagement and actively expand sales opportunities, which realized the company’s smooth development int the first half of the year. And presented lot ofhighlight work, such as, successfully realized the zero breakthrough of the state grid bidding project. Smoothly into the group big customer’s business channels. Electric business developed with a sound momentum. Export active marketing model has launched. Cascade management modewas pushed forward orderly. Product development mode was gradually into the normalization.

Meanwhile, he emphasized, there’re still many deficiencies in the first half of the year. Production and marketing delivery contradictions still exist. Product quality complaints happened occasionally. There are still risks in accounts receivable and inventory. Management cadre responsibility consciousness and the consciousness of crisis need to be improved. Therefore, he showed, in the second half of the year, the group's focus will continue to be about“insuring sales growth and increasing efficiency”. With solving orders and profit, production delivery, quality of products, sales channels and cost control as the key, give full play to the unique advantages of the company, constantly explore the path of innovation development, solidly do well each work, improve thescientific and pertinence of work, further boost the confidence in development, to ensure completion of the annual target.

At the meeting, eight representatives from paper product no.3 factory box making workshop, manufacturing department of digital company, gave the speech in combination with their respective jobs.
