Recently, a meeting on “pay attention to process control, concentrate on profit improvement” was held in domestic marketing center of Guangbo Group Stock Co., Ltd. Managers, business executives from each branch company of the country, and relevant personnel of the headquarter, attended this meeting. 

At the meeting, branch managers of several major regions gave the working report, summarized the work in the second quarter, and had a detailed analysis on the achievements and shortages of each region in the second quarter. And gave a plan for the work in the third quarter, made a further plan for various aspects, such as how to establish and optimize the distribution channels, how to give management to channel customers, how to conduct special promotions and brand promotion activities, as well as how to strengthen sales team while improving sales quality and ensuring sales profit.  

In the end, through the comprehensive assessment of each branch company’s various index like operation, profit, sales and market, according to the principle of “joint efforts, fair competition”, the company awardedthe first prize on composite index to Nanjing Office, the second prize to Shenyang Office and Kunming Office, and the third prize to Xi’an Office, Linxi Office and Fuzhou Office.
