On September 18, Group company held August operation analysis meeting. General manager Wang Junping and executives like Zhu Guozhang, Dai Guoping, Shu Yueping and Jiang Zhuguo attended the meeting. Related person in charge of finance department, enterprise management department, the business department as well as production system attended this meeting.

At the meeting, Wu Junqiang from enterprise management department made the overall data summarization of business and  production system, and performance rating report. Each sub plant and department expounded department performance in August, future's job placement and limitation analysis and improvement in detail. General manager Wang Junping carefully analysed the situation of producing and managing in August. He pointed out, in August, closely around the aim of energy saving and profit increasing in the second half of this year, focus on the security and the steady work, each department actively promoted the business growth from production operation, better completed all tasks, maintained a good momentum of development. September is the key month to achieve the company's three quarters and the year's target, also the important season of production and management. Each department must seize the favorable opportunity, clear lines of responsibility, pay close attention to the sense of quality. Meanwhile, should deeply analyse the current market situation, stabilize the staff team, further perfect welfare measures, continue to make efforts on fine-grained management, come up with effective ways and measures, earnestly do actual effect, reinforce cost management, guarantee the completion of this year's task.
