Hardly had he asked the employee form which workshop, the youngster said first. He told the reporter that his hometown is in Hunan and has been working in Guangbo for three years. In the past, the dormitory became stuffy when summer arrived. He often fell asleep very late at night and was woke up because of the heat around midnight, which indirectly affected his work of next day. "Now it's OK, we're not afraid of high temperature in future," referring to the newly installed air conditioning, he was radiant with joy. Xiao Li from Anhui expressed the same feeling. He said, "Cool, cool. It's so happy that we can rest in such comfortable rooms after finishing work. It is almost unimaginable that this year we can live in the dormitory with air conditioning. We'll spend this summer with coolness." He told the reporter with smiling.

It is reported that to further improve migrant workers' housing conditions, Guangbo not only spent about million yuan installing air-conditioning in the 225 sets of newly-built one-bedroom apartments of "Guangbo harmonious home", but especially extend the opening hours of the  dormitory cultural activity centre and the reading room. And prepared heatstroke preventive and lots of water for employees. Besides these objective actions, the company also request the person in charge of each apartment should keep eyes on employees' working condition at any time, give humanistic care to the employees from many aspects.
