At 14:28 on May 12th, the rare earthquake with Richater magnitude of 7.8 happened in Wenchuan County of Sichuan Province, causing thousands of people died in Sichuan Province. The Party committees and governments on all levels called on citizens to develop strongly the spirit of "When disaster struck, help came from all sides." Let millions of people all of one mind, size the victory of earthquake relief work together.
It is reported that there're about 600 employees from Sichuan in our company, while about 200 employees are in heavy disaster area. Up to the present, most of them couldn't get in touch with their family members, so they're very worried. While some employees learned that their houses collapsed or damaged, they still stick to their own position. As a member of Guangbo this big family, all of us experienced the same feeling.
After heard of the news of earthquake, leaders of the company paid high attention. President called from overseas, having donated one million yuan and materials to Sichuan earthquake disaster areas. General manager held emergent conference, eatablished disaster relief leading group, took 0.2 million yuan from the company, as tspecial subsidy for employees in afflicted areas. Meanwhile, organized forum for employees from Sichuan, Chongqing and Gansu, sent out 600 copies survey connection tables of employees from Sichuan, learned about the condition of afflicted employees, released the local information announcement timely to the employees.
Guangbo is my home, development depends on everyone. We're brothers and sisters from all over the world. In order to help afflicted employees overcome difficulties and rebuild homeland, the company decided to organize "Love for afflicted employees, loving care donation activity", hoping the whole staff to carry forward love, give money generously and donate actively, giving love to afflicted employees in our company, as well as transferring true feelings.
